But you don't need to get frustrated about low or no earning from google adsense. Google ads comes in various sizes that suits the content page. The size varies from big laderboard to small buttons and it is also available in various sizes of vertical to square buttons.
The click ratio generally increases by those online users who are in search of quality contents of your blog or website. So, it is very important that those online users should be made satisfied with much amount of quality content present on your website/ blog instead of big banner ad because it is the content which will help your website/blog to grab attention of the reader and force him/her to return to your blog/website from time to time in search of quality content which increases the possibility of clicking rate by those users on google ad.

So, it is wise to use small ad size and huge quality contents on your pages. The main thing is that the appearance of your webpage/blog should be such that the content ofcourse quality content should overpower the google ad or ad size and not the vice versa.

Ad color

Ad color you choose on your webpage is another very factor that plays a vital role in your adsense earning. If you already have a website with Google adsense having its default colours present in its setting and if you have ever experienced your webstatistics in any visitor tracking counter you may be surprised to see that though the webpage has its popularity yet you are not making any money from adsense, the reason being color you have choosed for adsense ad display. I don't mean to say that ad with default colors doesnot make money, but I just want to say that using simple tips about choosing ad color will increase the click ratio much more times and can generate handsome earning with your quality content on your online page.
So, what should you do to manage colors to increase the possibilities of click through rate.

Ad Location

Adsense ad location is another important thing to generate your revenue. The location of adsense ad should not be placed is here or there maner. It has a sience with its location. The human psychology behaves such that it always reacts with what comes first to human sight. I mean to say that the location of your ad should be in such a position of your online page that it should not affect your content or pervade your content. It is important that the user's sight should reach both the adsense ad and your content without having any need to scroll the page. So, to make this feasible, just do this that the ad size should be proper with its location mostly either at the top or lefthand top, righthand top, in between your content, just at the end of your content. Avoid using the right hand side for using ad if you are using any wider template because the wider template may not get fit in some of the screen resolution and the user have to scroll the page for clicking on it which most of the reader of your webpage will avoid to do so.
