On page SEO is most important factor for any type of online publishing. This on page SEO is the starting step of all sorts of SEO that a publishers should do for promotion of their online published content. It is just like the sort of the proverb that "Charity begins at home".
Since you are targeting to earn from Adsense, so it is quite important that your published content should go topper on SERP (search engine result page) and that can only be achieved by SEO.

So what should we do for on page SEO

The on page SEO has few basic things to follow, as I have discussed in one of my blog. I am going to write in little detail about those factors in this blog.

  • If you are editing some sort of HTML within your template or website, take care to keep the content at the top of everything on the webpage like java script, images etc as much as you can, because searcg engines often tends to avoid going deep through the page to search for content.

  • Make your font color a distinctive look by differentiating them from the background color as matching both the color intentionally or unintentionally will have negative result for your web page. Search engine consider such things as Black hat SEO and may permanently bann your site indexing in any future.

  • Avoid putting navigations in images. Just try to put them on your web page with the help of simple HTML links for better search engine readability.

  • Try to hyperlink any relevant text to the best known related pages you can. The hyperlinking to related pages with higher PR (page rank) would yield positive result The search engines then will catagorise your page in a sophisticated manner as you have give reference of already well catagorised site by search engine.

Proper using of Tags is very important in on page SEO
  • Title tag - Choose the title in a wisely manner within 6 to 8 words, so that the title itself tells the viewrs about what is there in the content of the page.

  • Alt tag - Put alt tag for each image or link, so that it will help the reader and search engine to know about what the image or link is about.

  • Meta tag description - Write a little snippet about the content in your webpage in meta tag description, these will gets displays below the title in SERP and helps the readers to know about the content without opening them.

  • Meta tag Keyword - wisely Select the keyword for your content page so that it comes in most of the search result.

  • Use header tags H1,H2,H3 - Always section off your content by using header tags H1,H2,H3 as the case may be. This helps the users and search engines to grab attention to it as important part of the content.

Adsense explained for beginers

In my last post, I have wrote that making money from Google adsense is what every publishers dreams off. But how we can make money is still a secret to most of the web publishers. A proven fact is that most of the publishers about 85% have not still get any success from adsense. But still I can tell you a success story among many of who are really making money out of adsense and the amount is that much which we can't imazine off. Yes I am talking about Mr. Amit Agarwal from India who is making several millions of money every fort night. It is not that I am saying this. it is the world's most reliable news channels CNN/IBN, TIMES NOW etc are flashing these news. There are several more successful names to be add to this list.
Watch out the vedio in my oldest post about Amit Agarwal, India's top most blogger. He had quit his job in a software company to become India's first professional blogger.

So, whats the reason behind this success and failure!
The answer is very simple. All you need to know is how adsense works and what will work for you to make the money.

I am writing this post specially for those who have their website since long and have traffic but still not being making a single penny and for the beginers too who has just stepped into the world of blogging or designing website with an intention to make money from google adsense.

First of all let me tell you why you are earning from Google adsense or why Google adsense will pay you money only because you have wrote something in a blog or published a website.
The answer is that Google has two divisions dealing with advertisement. These are Google Adword and Google adsense.
Google adword is the division of google who has a deep network of advertisers of all sorts from all over the world. They are accepting advertisements from the advertisers from all over the world from different trades starting from gazets of our daily use like mobile phones, iPods, mp3 players to matrimonial services, various types of loans, healht insurances, car, websites and a whole lots of name to include in their advertisement list. The Google adword charge the advertisers various amount of money based on different displaying terms like click based, impression based etc. I will tell you in details about that in my later articles. Now since Google adwords has ads from different sources they need space to display these ads to their targeted audiences.

Now where do they get the space from? If the answer is web, then i must say that this answer is partial true, because Google themselves have a whole lot of online space available on web so why don't they display it in their own and keep the whole lot of money with them.
The another part of the answer contains the whole secret of the game that why Google is paying us. Actually the Google needs the target audience to display the ads before them.
This is where the function of Google adwords ends and the role of Google adsense begins. The

Google adwords puts their ads in the websites, blogs forums etc. of the members of adsense. The reason being that the members of adsense are the publishers of websites, blogs, forums etc. These publishers have their own targeted users. So, in order to display their advertisement to the proper targeted audience, the Google adsense has developed very smart script such that the ads placed on a website or blog etc. should match the contents of that page. This gives the advantage that none of the money of the advertisers gets wasted by creating unnecessary impression before an audience who is not at all interested in the displayed advertisement.

Now as the target visitor are viewing the webpage they have searched and the advertisement displayed on them have also gets matched to its content, there remains a possibility that the visitor may like to click the advertisement displayed on that page to collect the information about that product as it is related to his/ her interest.

Now here from money flow begins from the advertisers to Google adwords and through Google adsense to you. Ofcourse google is paying us a part of the money he is getting from the advertiser for every click on his advertisement.

Hope till now you have been able to under stand why google is paying you money. It is not because you have just wrote any thing, it is because you have provided an opportunity to google for doing a business between his client and targeted audience.

An inportant conclusion that is coming out of this is that it is the content of your website that is helping you to earn money because your content is the only thing that has attracted the visitors to your website or blog or forum etc and an opportunity has get created.

So, remember that "CONTENT IS THE KING". I will discuss about it in my next blog
